Be they tatty charity-shop biographies of saucy Hollywood starlets, glossy coffee-table photography collections, or good old Penguin Classics, I am a fiend for accumulating more books than I’ll ever be able to read. An item as decadently baroque as this would mean I could showcase my epic collection of cheap erotica with pride. And at £310 (reduced from £389), it’s not even that much of a budget-breaker. The only slight hitch is that’d it go so well with that
mirrored armoire we featured last week, it almost seems rude not to have both.
