I love cherries in cocktails. Cherries in just about everything actually. So this Casablanca cocktail caught my eye and I'm really keen to try it out. I've never really needed an excuse to try and new cocktail recipe though.You'll need these things:
- 50ml White rum
- 20ml cherry liqueur
- 20ml triple sec
- 20ml lime juice
- 1 slice of lime and some cherries
Shake everything in a cocktail shaker with ice. Then pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lime and cherries. Wow, this cocktail making malarky is easier than Tom Cruise makes it look, isn't it?
