Jack-o-lantern tealight holders at The Contemporary Home

Honestly, I'm not that fussed about Halloween. It's just not my kind of holiday. Not like Bonfire night! Now that's my kind of event. But, then I spotted these lovely little ceramic pumpkin tealight holders and they're oh-so-cute. You can buy these for £5.99 from The Contemporary Home. So much easier than making the real thing.

Actually, it is a holiday, from Ye Olde Ancient Tymes! :P We did it first, then it went over to the States, and now it's back over here again. Called Samhain (Soween) traditionally, when "the veil is thin". Is a very big deal for Pagans.

Sorry, that sounded a bit sweeping - what I mean is it's not a holiday in the sense that you get a day off. All important holidays should have a day off :-)
