I'm getting really into sour cocktails at the moment. It's those Pisco sours at the Old School Yard that have done it. And I've always been into brandy. I'd go as far to say that I even prefer it to gin, and that's fightin' talk. So, it's only right that I make myself a brandy sour and combine all of the yumminess together in one fabulous cocktail.
3 drops bitters
1 teaspoon of sugar syrup
Slice of lemon/maraschino cherry, depending on which you prefer.
Shake it! Shake everything with the ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain into a tumbler. Garnish with the slice of lemon or cherry and some decent tunes. Live jazz would work very nicely thank you very much.
