I know you can make dulce de leche really really easily. But I don't care. Ever since Merchant Gourmet sent me a jar of their very own sweet stuff, I haven't bothered. I've just been eating this. With a spoon. At midnight.Yeah, I could put the dulce de leche on ice cream, or make yummy banoffee pie with it. Maybe even put it on pancakes. But I don't want to. It's too yummy all on its own. I'm fine with the spoon. Even if I eat too much and feel a little bit sick afterwards, somehow it's all OK. I'm in serious food lust with this stuff. And it's only £2.99 which means early onset diabetes should be mine any day now.
It's worth it though, I promise. This stuff is sex in a jar.
