No, that's not the start of a joke, it's a serious question that I was asked not long ago. We've all got such different personalities that it's only right we all opt for different perfumes. Sure, sometimes we'll borrow one from the other girls, but our signature choices are never the same. What smells get us all in a tizzy?Siany: I've just switched from Jean Paul Gaultier Classique to Coco Mademoiselle and I'm so pleased I did! I like fresh floral smells, jasmine and honeysuckle are my favourites. If not perfume then the Seychelles body lotion from The White Company. Or, the smell of petrol, but no one has put that in a perfume yet.
alexthepink: I wear Acqua by Pucci. I always go for light and fresh fragrances, but it's the hint of Parma Violets that makes this my signature scent.
Selina: At the moment I'm flitting between Daisy by Marc Jacobs and Glam Princess by Vera Wang. My all-time favourite though is Fragile by Jean-Paul Gaultier. It's grown up and sexy but light enough that you can wear it in the day. Plus I love the glitter snow dome bottle!
Gemma: I usually wear Flowerbomb by Viktor and Rolf, which is a really unusual scent - it's full of jasmine and rose, two of my favourite notes, but has a hint of blackberry and vanilla about it too. Today I'm wearing Matthew Williamson which is a bit more earthy. I also have quite a collection of limited edition Escada fragrances stashed away for Summer.
Jane: When I can get my grubby mitts on it, Sephora do a scent which smells just like crème brulée, and I absolutely adore it. I'm usually not organised or rich enough to stock up in advance, so the only problem is I have to rely on friends treating me to it when they go abroad! Inbetween bottles of that I love the smell of FunkBubble's chocolate bubble bath.
Miss Cay: My default answer to this question is usually "filter coffee and regret". But, I have also been known to douse myself in various scented waters on occasion, if only to ensure that Mr. Cay doesn't run away from me due to my unholy stench. My favourite scent at the moment is the Body Shop's Love Etc. It's light, fresh and not too sweet - plus I love the way it lingers on my skin throughout the day. However, my all time favourite scent is L'Eau d'Issey Miyake. It's wonderfully clean and elegant and reminds me of sweet Summer breezes. Oh, and I've also been known to dab a bit of Dior's Addict behind my ears before a hot date.
What do you smell like?

I only do perfumes on ultra special occasions, but when I do it's always always Lagerfeld's "Sun Moon & Stars". Otherwise, I smell of pudding - cocoa butter, and Body Shop's vanilla oil. Mmmm.
Ultraviolet by Paco Rabanne - been wearing it for years and years, it's utterly gorgeous (and purple!!!), really fresh, pretty fragrance.
I don't wear perfume any more and now when I smell it on other people it makes me gag! All those horrible chemicals burn my lungs. I only use natural cleaning products as well and it makes you realise just how many harmful chemicals are in every day products.
@AstridKitti - I adore the smell of cocoa butter! If only that was in perfume form...
"Filter coffee and regret": oh I need me a bottle of that! I'm currently straddling personalities (sadly in the metaphorical sense only): if I'm feeling like a Proper Grown Up, it's Estee Lauder's 'Beautiful', but usually it's Lush's 'Karma', a scent that makes my mates go misty-eyed (through joy, not due to excessive dousing, I add) with nostalgia and grooviness.
I *might* have something long those lines. Admittedly it's not your fault I hate Turkish Delight.
I have three:
Very Irresistible by Givenchy
J'adore by Dior
G by Gwen Stefani (it's lovely and coconutty, reminds me of Malibu!)
Gin?
Mr.Lee likes me to wear Creed's Fleurissimo
I prefer L'artisan's La Chasse aux Papillons
Love in Paris Nina Ricci now discontinued grrr..
but have my eyelashes on the new Y.S.L
Can't remember what it's called( Ms.Moss in the advert)
J'adore by Dior and Les Air du Temps by Nina Ricci. Scrummy!
I wear one of the gorgeous perfume oils I brought back from a trip to Egypt last year! I can't decide which is my favourite between Lotus flower and Jasmine.
What a good idea, you will have to pop back to Egypt to replenish.
Alexandra, have a sniff of Angel by Thierry Mugler. It may give you your cocoa butter hit.
Chance by Chanel is a firm favourite I keep going back to and the fresher version for summer. Can't remember the name.
Otherwise it's cocoa butter or a massage oil bar by Lush called Mange Too. Who doesn't love smelling like a bar of chocolate! :) Mmmmm!
